So here with have the Heron Tower, a new skyscraper for London’s financial district. With a height of 230m upon completion, 202m excluding the spire it is now the second highest building in the United Kingdom (1 Canada Square still retaining 1st place)

The last time we found ourselves in london was for Broadgate. Sadly Landmark is nowhere near as high or impressive but its something to pass the time I suppose. The final explore of what was an exhausting weekend. After a brilliant trip this was the perfect way to finish. Our target for the night was the new Electron development over in east London. To be more precise the 4th tower.. Currently the last one to be completed with the first two already holding occupants. Electron tower stands at roughly 30 floors high but sits in a perfect location over looking the docks, the dome [...]

Once more we venture off up into the clouded skies of London. With unmatched views from anywhere else publicly accessible, abandoned tower blocks and construction sites are always the best place to sneak a peak at our nations skyline, especially at night.
