Pan Peninsula, Tower One. Located on the Isle of Dogs in London it is currently around 48 floors high, three mamoth cranes erected to construct it.
| Being in England, clear night skies are a gift rarely bestowed upon us by the gods. So when one does roll along you’d be a fool not to snap up the chance to do something. Since we’ve already visited a large majority of the “good” towers in London, we decided to go back to the [...] Drapers Gardens, a now demolished skyscraper which once stood at 100 meters (328ft) tall. Completed in 1967 it was demolished into 2007, making way for a modern, 16 story tower. Drapers currently holds the record for being the tallest building to be demolished in the UK. |
