Placed here more as a record then anything else. The day was cold and wet, the site crawling with vandals and photonerds shooting their latest model with a cheeky nipple out.

Normally if someone invited or suggested that we visit a fort I would usually say hell no. Being so old many of the forts ive seen tend to be very empty, ransacked and vandalized with little or no notable features. If your a nut for historical stuff then forts are probably more your cup of [...]

One of the many abandoned theatres in Brussels, Varia was cold and emotionless, its concrete shell unforgiving and unwelcoming. The better parts tucked away behind its stage and foyer.

One of my favorite sites of to visit in Belgium. Granted its not the largest of places and its a bit battered, probably now beyond repair. But there was just something about the castle that left you with a feeling that can only be described as “win”.
