Visited here as a part of a big group meet with many members from 28days.
We had planned to meet in the boiler house by the tower and once again we were late. After screeching down the motorway to get there we arrive belted it through the fence and found out that most people hadnt arrive yet either?.
While we were waiting for people to arrive I went starting photographing the boiler house and surrounding rooms. The sound of broken glass echoed at every step. Once everyone had arrived we said our hellos and hit the tower next door. The views were amazing severals is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so its just country around, and the rest of the hospital of course.
Back down we headed over towards the now burnt main hall. Not to much here so we went to the stripped projection room. Next was the admin block. Looking through the window it looked like the place was burnt out but it was just that doorway. Once in we climbed up to the clock face and then up the tower for a few more pictures.
We all remet up for a group photo then we all went our seperate ways. Our group had a bit of unfinished business with the Chapel as noone had ever done it before.
With a lot of backwork and skill we got in!. Was very much like the rest of the hospital. Stripped and in goodish condition. A few photos then we left and headed back towards the car.
