When it comes to variety of construction materials, in a relatively short run of drain, The Anger Tunnel has it all. Located in Wales, it features sections of reinforced concrete, steel bracing, plastic pipe, tone blocks, yellow bricks, red bricks and bare rock, its all there and all the result of gradual extension over many years.

The Anger Tunnel also features some of, if not the, most impressive drain straws i have ever seen. In some places they all but span the entire height, ceiling to floor, of the 12ft arch. Picking a route through them without any breakages was akin to one of those wire and loop electric buzzer games.
