Middleton is the only underground limestone mine in the UK. Situated in outskirts of Derbyshire there is only one thing to say about it, its huge.	..


Its a tunnel, it runs underneath london for a few hundred meters. Its wet, theres nothing in it. Good fun then?. Meh probably i guess.	..

Third site for the day after doing longcross barracks. All quite near to each other which was a good thing.

Took a bit of time to get inside due to the sheer thickness of the shrubbery. Our initial thoughts were "how do we get cars in here" as it would be awesome to drive around the track.

We headed around the track till we came to the tank climbing hills.. Woah very steeeeeep. Walked down had a look about then back up to the top.

From here we headed towards the "playground" area

Behind here we found a few large ass vehicles, ammo crates and things which looked worrying like RPG Launchers. A few photos of these and the tipping machine (below) and we headed back mission complete.

A surprisingly good explore!
