Left this one far too late. The asylum was being demolished and most of it was attacked and destroyed. Few bits remained appart from the features which were being saved such as the tower, main hall and admin block. It wasnt too bad since we hadnt just come down for this, and it was fun to climb the tower.

The tower was a pain as it was raining and water was belting down the ladders making it impossible to look up. After 10 minutes we made it. The view of the demolishion was amazing you could see just how much had been removed and what was left. After a breif photo moment we headed back down and off to the hall.

The hall was still in pretty good condition a few windows had been broken but appart from that it was fine. We didnt hang around too long as we heard builders so we headed into admin and the wards,

Too cut a long story short they were crap so we left without taking any photos..

I only look back and think what could have been.
