An impenetrable fortress, one with no time for the doubters and naysayers. Protected by many hotels, embassies and the rich.
It wasn't going to be easy

The first, and last time I will ever attempt a pano this big at night. A total
of 7 hours shooting, 42 spent rendering and 18 editing, its finally done!

So here we are, back in the UK. With nothing on the cards for Europe its time to catch up on the backlog, starting with the London Olympic Stadium ..

This place is a fair diamond in the rough, at face value it looks cool but diving deep you find some interesting things. Visited with Rookinella and Fieldym

We had a bit of help from Lesbub on how to get into the hospital but everything had changed. Luckily it was for the better and we found a open door straight in within minutes. Once in we headed to the large scanners. Very impressive we looked at the control switchs in the room next door then while rooks had a kip on the scanner we did a bit of "creative" light painting... sorry.

We headed out and down the left corridor before long we came to a room with large recording tape deck and boxes of cell slides!. A bit further on we came to the operating theatres and blood bank. Sadly they were all stripped by the Fridge in the blood bank still remained.

Off up the spiral staircases to the upper floors fairly stripped but offered good views of the buildings. We were looking for the mortuary when we saw a building with biohazard stickers everywhere so thought why not. Got inside and it literally was a treasure trove of goodies. Hundreds of boxes full of slides from Queen Mary's Pathology lab. Ace. Records, bloody gloves and more!.

Back out and up when we saw the "chapel of rest" sign. Bingo must be it. we headed down and sure enough it was the mortuary took a few pictures of the slab and fridges then we found some large body part jars in a cupboard. mmmm.

We packed our kit away and headed out.
