
Theres not much to say about Adelaide House, its a superb, chilled out rooftop to sit atop on a clear night sky and take in panoramic views of the Thames and London. Recommended.

There comes a time in london when you eventually do something just for the sake of it. You know its not going to be interesting or particularly rewarding, its just because its easy and you have nothing else to do that night.
A rather large abandoned power station on the outskirts of Brussels. Not really alot to say about this one, i dont know its history, nor why it shut down. As for the insides, i think the pictures tell a better story.
During the “L” word road trip we had three sites which were kept as “wildcards”. I .e, if something should go horribly wrong anywhere else, such as no access or it was demolished we could use these as a place to fall back on. This is one of those wildcards.
The word epic. Its been floating around the internet for a while now and is generally used for something that is a level above the rest. But recently its become a bit overused, people seem to dish it out like free copies of the metro. Its everywhere and to be honest has lost its meaning. So the dilemma, with the word epic seemingly pointless and out of commission what do you call the top level places now? |
